What Are Screen-Printed Plastisol Heat Transfers?

  1. High Definition-Darks: 100% 4 color process screen printed heat transfers for dark and light garment colors. HD Darks transfer printing process is perfect for reproducing full color illustrations, full color art, photographic and digital imagery. This is the printing process that fashion brands use. Great for T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Cotton/Polyester Blends and more.
  2. Vintage: Aged look and feel. When applied the design is incredibly soft and takes on the color of the garment giving it an old, vintage look. Perfect for lighter weight garments and burnout tees.

When exposed to sunlight or UV blacklight the design detail will be elevated and you’ll see an explosion of colors that creates a beautiful image.   6. Ultrasoft™: As the name implies the print has an ultrasoft feel and is opaque when printed on dark and midtone colors. Prints best on 100% Cotton and Cotton Blend garments.
